Salad of tomatoes in the grid

  • Tomatoes: 6
  • Olive oil: 1 scoop (soup) 1/4 cup
  • White wine vinegar: 2 tablespoons (soup)
  • Mustard: ½ spoon (tea)
  • Alfavaca: 12 the leaves, fresh


The oven is heated to 180. In a baking sheet, greased with oil, it has the tomatoes of where to cut the eye and made a cross on the skin (without damaging the pulp). Irrigation with some olive oil and leave in oven for 20 minutes.

Let the tomatoes and cool down. Mix the vinegar, olive oil-extra-mustard in a glass jar with a lid, and shake well. By the tomatoes and place it carefully on the baking sheet. Pour a little of the broth in each tomato and decorates with the leaves of alfavaca. Gives a good follow-up.
