Pumpkin Simmered

  • Pumpkin: 4 small
  • Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: the taste


Descarcar the pumpkins and cut them into cubes.

Heat the oil and lightly fry the garlic and the onion. Join the pumpkins. Stir until the pumpkins desfarem. Season with salt and pepper and stir again.

Then add water to cover the ingredients. Cover the pan and leave to cook on a low heat for 15 minutes, until the pumpkins are tender.

If necessary, add more water during the cooking process.
