Pumpkin Baked with Spices

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin butter (about 1 kg): 1
  • Olive oil: The taste
  • Cayenne powder: The taste
  • Cinnamon powder: The taste
  • Salt: The taste

Directions

Cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise.

Clean the seeds, reject the ends and cut it into cubes. Wash and arrange on a baking tray refractory.

Sprinkle with salt, cayenne and cinnamon.

Sprinkle with a little olive oil and involves as well the cubes in the seasonings.

Bake in the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, until tender.
