  • Puff pastry Continent: 400 g
  • Jam tomato Mainland: 10 g
  • Goat cheese: 15 g
  • Reduction of balsamic vinegar: taste.


1 - Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Arrange the cards puff pastry, cut in squares of 20 cm by 20 cm, for 15 minutes.

2 - Barre the plates of pasta with tomato compote.

3 - Arrange the goat cheese on top of the jam to smithereens.

4 - Take it to the oven for 5 more minutes until the cheese has melted.

5-Throw it in the wire balsamic reduction on top of the cheese.

6 - Cut into squares smaller.
