  • Cottage cheese of Seia: 1
  • Chives: 5 rods
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Oregano, fresh: the taste
  • Olive oil: taste.

  • Spelt flour in full: 100
  • Whole wheat flour: 100
  • Oatmeal: 100
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 80 ml


Crush the cream cheese with a fork. Chop the onions and the fresh oregano and mix in the cheese. Season with black pepper ground at the time. Sprinkle with chopped chives and sprinkle with oregano and olive oil. For the cookies: Mix the flour, oats, salt and olive oil. Add slowly the water and mix well until it has the consistency of dough.

Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape and place in refrigerator about 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and cover with oats and sesame seeds. Cut into round slices and place on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 about 20 minutes or until the cookies golden brown.
