  • Pastry: 1 Plate
  • Goat cheese: 1
  • Homemade marmalade: 10 dessert Spoons
  • Olive oil: taste.


Extend the puff pastry until you get a large rectangle. With the help of a cutter slices of pizza split in 20 rectangles more small with a similar size. In the center of each rectangle, place the marmalade, and top off the goat's cheese. Finally, introducing the chopsticks (may be those used for the ice-cream).

Then simply plug the other rectangle, and tried with the help of a fork, brush with an egg yolk or olive oil and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, the 180 deg C (until they are cooked and golden).
