Okras of vinaigrette

  • Okras Vandúzi: 400 g
  • Balsamic vinegar: 4 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 1 dl
  • Salt and pepper: taste.


Cut the okras in thick slices and place in a bowl with cold water and vinegar.

Mix and let it soak for 30 minutes.

Drain, throw them into a pan and heat. Leave to cook until they are without liquid.

Go stirring occasionally, then throw them into a colander and let it cool.

Prepare the vinaigrette lying to a bowl mustard and vinegar. Mix well, add the olive oil in wire and continue to stir until the sauce to be creamy.

Season with salt and pepper and stir.

Drizzle the okras with the sauce and serve with bread slices.
