Mushrooms with Cheese au gratin Ibores

Ingredients

  • Olive oil to taste.
  • Large onion in rings: 1
  • Boletus Edulis: 200 g
  • Chili: 1
  • Homemade bread: 8 slices
  • Cheese: 325 g
  • Eggs: 3
  • Milk: 300 ml
  • Oregano, pepper and salt: taste.

Directions

While elaborates this dish pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a serta brown the onion and fry the mushrooms with salt and pepper.

Place half of the slices of bread on the basis of a mold On the bread, pour the mixture previously chips, and add half of the cheese. Place on top of the rest of the bread and repeat the process.

Beat the eggs together with the milk and the remaining cheese and add pepper and oregano.

Add all of this in the mold.

Pour water in a dish from oven and place inside the mold to boil in water bath for about 40 minutes.
