Mushrooms Portobelo Baked in the Oven

  • Mushrooms Portobelo: 500 g
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • White wine: to taste.
  • Lemon juice: taste.


On an oven tray place the mushrooms portobelo washed, and turned paws in the air put on top of finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper freshly grind, watering with a drizzle of olive oil and stud with a little white wine.

Put aluminum foil po up and bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. At the end of that time, remove the foil, and let more 5 to 10 minutes.

Cut to the strips, water with lemon juice and serve immediately.
