Ingredients

  • Sausages: 2
  • Breadcrumbs: taste.
  • Beaten egg: 1
  • Oil and oil: taste.
  • Onion compote Onions: 250 g
  • Olive oil: 50 g
  • Honey: 75 g
  • Sugar: 100 g
  • Cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 100 g
  • Salt: 5 g

Directions

Give a blow to the sausage node-to-node, on the outside and confectionery in the drizzle of olive oil hot and leave blush as a whole. So cool, undo, and shape into small balls the size of walnuts, pass through the beaten egg and leave it to cool.

Fry the meatballs, sausage and served with onion compote cold.

Onion compote:

Cut the onions into half-moons. In pot put the olive oil and sliced onions, and let producing in low power, until the onion is translucent. Tempers of salt. Add the sugar and put it in a maximum power-board-honey, as soon as you start to caramelize, and let confectionery.

Add the vinegar and water. Leave to boil for mix well and keep up to cool down.
