Meat croquettes

  • 200 g of meat cooked
  • 50 g of ham
  • 1 cup of sauce béchamel very thick
  • 1 egg
  • bread crumbs
  • flour
  • salt and pepper
  • salsa
  • nutmeg
  • oil


Passes-if the meat and ham by the machine chopped. Joins them to the sauce béchamel very thick and tempers them with salt, pepper, nutmeg, grated, and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley. You may wish to add a yolk to the cream.

After completely prepared cold shape-if the croquettes. Pass by the flour, then egg, beaten and finally by bread crumbs.

Fry in oil hot. Serve on a napperon paper or cloth napkin and decorate with parsley chips.
