  • Sweet potatoes: 4 (medium)
  • Sausage: 1
  • Olive oil: A wire
  • Coriander: The taste
  • Salt and pepper: taste.


Bake the sweet potatoes, remove the peel and crush with a fork. In a frying pan on a low heat, grill sausage on both sides, remove the skin and join the ball with the potatoes. Stir well with the help of a drizzle of olive oil for not getting too dry, season with salt and pepper and finally decorate with parsley. You can serve cold.
