Mashed pumpkin

  • Potato: 300 g
  • Pumpkin: 300 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Butter: 2 Tablespoons
  • Nutmeg: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Wash and peel the pumpkin, and potatoes. Boil them in water with salt. When it is cooked, reduce the puree in the pass-vite, or with the magic wand.

Add the butter, season with nutmeg and pepper and whisk until smooth. Serve warm. It is a great accompaniment to meat in the oven.
