Marinated salmon

  • Fresh salmon, cut into thin sheets: 200 gr
  • Lemon: 3
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Put the slides in a slide rail to marinate. Squeeze the juice of two lemons and throw them over the top of the salmon. Let it marinate, inside of the refrigerator for 6 hours. To serve as a “sailor”, with a trim of fresh vegetables (cress, tomatinhos, etc.).
