  • Goat cheese: 1
  • Fennel seeds: 1 Teaspoon
  • Pink pepper grain: 2 dessert Spoons
  • The seeds of white mustard grain: 1 Teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds, black beans: 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic peel: 3
  • Dried tomatoes: 1/2
  • Rosemary sprigs: 2
  • Extra virgin olive oil: taste.


Put all the seeds in the mortar and give a pat light. Put the mixture in the bottle, with the garlic parties in 2, without removing the shell.

Join the leaves of rosemary, dried tomatoes and cheese party in triangles.

Then, add the olive oil and stir the bottle. This should be tightly closed in a dry environment for a few weeks.
