Gnocchi with sage and butter caramelized

  • Unsalted butter: 100 g
  • Save: 16 sheets
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Flower of salt: taste.
  • Gnocchi: 1 basic recipe
  • Pepper, fresh: taste.


Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium high until it begins to bubble. Add the saved and cook until crispy and golden butter. Download leaves for an absorbent paper towel. Re-heat the butter and add the gnocchi cooked. Stir until warm. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Join the leaves of the saved and serve with shavings of parmesan cheese if you want.
