Fried corn curry

  • Sweet corn, canned: 300 g
  • Soy milk: 150 ml
  • Egg: 1
  • Whole wheat flour: 90 g
  • Maize flour, 40 g
  • Curry powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Vegetable oil: taste.


In a blender, hit the corn with the egg and soy milk. Mix the cream with the flour and curry. Seasoning of salt and pepper. Boil the oil and fry spoonfuls of the prepared earlier. Drain on absorbent paper and serve cold comoamuse-bouche.
