Fondue cheese and garlic

  • Emmenthal cheese: 600 g
  • Garlic: 2 heads
  • Butter: 50 g
  • Nutmeg, grated: taste.
  • Water: 1 dl
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Toasted bread cut into cubes: 400 g


Rub the inside of the cup of fondue with the garlic.

Throw in recipeiente the water and butter, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. To warm to leave it comes to the boil.

Cut the cheese into pieces and throw them into a container. Let it melt over low heat, adding a little water if necessary.

Place the container on top of the lamp own fondue set to keep the cheese hot.

Distribute the pieces of bread by the guests. Each one must immerse your piece of bread and cheese sauce.
