Flan of garlic French

  • Gruyere cheese cut to pieces: 150 g
  • Cheese flemish cut to pieces: 150 g
  • Water: 500 g
  • French garlic cut into slices (2-3 mm): 600 g
  • Milk: 400 g
  • Softened butter: 50 g
  • Flour: 120 g
  • Eggs: 6
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 5 pinches
  • Nutmeg ground: 1 pinch


1. Place in the cup of the cheese and grate 10 sec/speed 7. Book. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

2. Place in a glass of water, the basket with leeks and schedule 20 min/Varoma/speed 1.

3. Remove the basket, and put the French garlic and grated cheese in a pyrex greased.

4. With the clean glass, place the milk, butter, flour, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mix 10 sec/manual transmission 5 lay on the leek and cheese. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Serve immediately.
