  • Broth with Garlic
  • Garlic crushed: 50 g
  • Olive oil: 0,5 dl
  • Paprika Sweet: taste.
  • Walk or Salsa Salsa: 20 g
  • Water: 1 liter
  • Salt: taste.
  • Ground pepper, fresh: taste.
  • Bay leaf: 1 unit
  • Esturricado to Trancoso
  • Slices of rye bread: 8 units
  • Ham: 240 g
  • Chouri


Juice of garlic:

Fry slightly the garlic in olive oil with the bay leaf, without letting it brown. Add the paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Add the water, and let the heat for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool. Coe for your dates and book the broth cooled.

Esturricado to Trancoso:

Beat two eggs with the juice of garlic. Slice the ham and sausage, and make a sandwich with two slices of bread. Pass by the egg and fry in butter or olive oil. Serve with fried egg and chopped parsley. Season with the Flower of Salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
