Ingredients

  • Bread and Water: 300 g
  • Baker's yeast cool: 20 g
  • Flour type 65: 500 g
  • Salt: 2 teaspoons
  • Filling:
  • Onion: 120 g
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Olive oil: 30 g
  • Sausages of hunting without skin: 3
  • Milk: 500 g
  • Flour: 60 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Walnut-moscad: taste.

Directions

Bread:

1. Place in the cup of the water and the yeast and program 2min/37oc/vel2.

2. Add 250 g of flour and the salt and program 8sec/vel6.

3. Add the remaining 250 g flour, and program 2min/lid closed/spd in the ear. Remove the dough to a board sprinkled with flour, mold bread in the shape of ball and sprinkle with flour.

4. Let leaven about 1 hour or until double in size in a place warm and bake in the preheated oven at 180 for about 30 minutes. Let it cool for your dates and book.

Filling:

5. In the glass clean place the onion, garlic and olive oil and chop 5 sec/speed 5.

6. Then saute 5 min/Varoma/speed 1.

7. Add the sausages and mince 3 sec/speed 4.

8. Add the milk, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg and schedule 8 min/90ºC/level 3.

9. Cut a cover to bread, remove the core carefully and fill with the prepared. Cover with the lid and serve as input.

Total time: 2 hours

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Time Thermomix: 17 minutes.
