Eggs stuffed with avocado

  • Eggs: 4
  • Avocado: 1
  • Canned tuna: 60 g
  • Mayonnaise light: 2 teaspoons
  • Salsa: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Cook the eggs. Cut lengthwise and remove the yolk with care. Peel the avocado. Smash with a fork and add the egg yolks cooked, tuna, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and mix well, with careful not to undo the gems completely. Fill out the eggs. Serve cold.
