Directions

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or pan, add 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3 cm of grated ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add 100 g of meat of pork mince, 100 g of minced chicken and 50 g of meat, shrimp, also chopped raw. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until aloirar.

Remove from heat and book in a bowl. Clean up the wok and add a tablespoon of oil, 2 stalks celery, cut thin, a small carrot, chopped, 1/2 cup of chopped water chestnuts, 4 cebolinhos chopped and a cup of chinese cabbage, cut into very thin strips.

Stir-fry on medium fire for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth, a tablespoon of flour, cornstarch, two tablespoons oyster sauce, a tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and white pepper, and mix until well combined. Add to the vegetables and stir until the sauce thickens. Add two teaspoons sesame oil to the mixture of cooked meats. Mix well and allow to cool.

Connect a 1/4 cup of flour, cornstarch with 1/3 cup of water and mix until smooth. Put a small square of the mass of crepes (pre-cooked) on the table with one of the corners facing you. Paint all the lips with a little folder of cornstarch and put a second square on top. Brush the edges of a square with the paste of cornstarch. Spread about a 1/2 tablespoon of the filling along the bottom of the mass of the crepe.

Fold the bottom corner on top of the filling, then fold the sides and roll up tightly. Retry the operation with the remaining squares of dough and stuffing. Heat 3 cups of oil in a pan bottom and fry the rolls, for 2-3 minutes or until just doirados.

Place on paper towels to drain the excess oil and serve with sauce with sweet and spicy, and soy sauce. This recipe gives to 18 crepes.
