Cream yogurt and cucumber with mint

  • Cucumber great: 1/2
  • Greek yogurt: 235 ml
  • Crushed garlic: 1
  • Fresh mint minced 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.


Peel the cucumber, cut in half vertically and take out the seeds. Grate it and put it in a colander. Squeeze the juice as you can. Place the cucumber in a bowl and stir in the yogurt, garlic and mint. Season with salt to taste. Change the cream for another cup and leave in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
