  • Eggs: 2
  • Polenta: 1 Cup
  • Butter: 60 g
  • Milk: 1/2 Cup of tea
  • Salt: taste.
  • Baking powder: 3 Teaspoons
  • Cheese, spicy shredded: 1/2 Cup of tea
  • Grated parmesan cheese: 1/4 Cup of tea


Chat slightly eggs. Meanwhile, melt the butter. Mix the eggs, milk, butter, polenta, salt, baking powder and cheese, spicy. Connects all ingredients well.

With the resulting dough filled in the forms of muffins previously greased with margarine. Sprinkles with the parmesan cheese. The preparation will the oven pre-heated to 190ºC about 15 minutes.
