Asparagus with smoked salmon

  • Green asparagus: 200 g
  • Smoked salmon: 200 g
  • Mayonnaise: 0,5 dl
  • Grated cheese: 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt:
  • Follow-up
  • Potatoes new cooked: 4
  • Chives: taste.


Cut the bottom part of the asparagus (will only use the tips). Cover with water, season with a little salt and olive oil and cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes (maximum power).

Drain in a colander. Place a stack of 6 asparagus in each dish.

Mix the mayonnaise with the cheese and take 2 minutes in the microwave. Stir and pour over the asparagus.

Garnish each dish with thin slices of salmon and sprinkle chopped chives. Accompany it with a new potato cooked and cut in half.
