  • Pumpkin: 500 g
  • Salt thin taste.
  • Garlic powder fine: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: taste.
  • Lemon juice: 1
  • Whole-wheat flour: 1/2 cup


Cut the pumpkin to thin strips (how much thinner the better). Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with the lemon juice and season with garlic powder, black pepper and salt fine.

Mix the marinade mix well pumpkin. If you can, let it sit for 1 night in the refrigerator, to the flavours become more intense. Sprinkle the flour in a bowl of soup and involving the pieces of pumpkin, shaking off the excess.

Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan and add the pieces of pumpkin, without overlapping, and fry on a low heat. Let them golden brown on both sides, and, when they are golden, put them on absorbent paper. To serve, sprinkle with salt flower.
