  • For the Chicken
  • Chicken: 4 pieces
  • Paprika: taste.
  • Ham: 4 thick slices
  • Whiskey: 4 tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • For the sauce
  • Creme Fraîche: 150 gr
  • Grains of green pepper, crushed: 1 teaspoon
  • Grains of Pepper, green or black integers: 1 teaspoon


The chicken should be seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat the butter in a large pan, add the chicken breasts or thighs if you prefer, and remain at medium heat for 10 minutes, for each side. Joins the whiskey, and carefully fire. Stir the pot and when the flames if you have deleted, remove the chicken and remains hot.

The pepper sauce is joining the cream fraiche with the juices of cooking that are in the pot and add to it, both the grains of pepper, crushed, as the integers.

Messes up, it comes to the boil, and remains so to reduce the volume. Joins soy sauce to taste. Back to place the chicken in sauce and let it warm up.
