Strawberries with chocolate

  • Sugar 3 tablespoons (soup) - optional
  • Lemon (zest): 1 scoop (tea)
  • Strawberries (sliced): 2 cups (tea)
  • Lemon: 0,5 dl (juice)
  • Cream: 1 cup (tea)
  • Grated white Chocolate: 180 gr
  • For the Strawberry
  • For decoration
  • Grated white Chocolate: 120 gr
  • Butter (melted): 1 tablespoon


Heat in a tachinho the heat 1/2 cup of tea cream, juice, and grated rind of the lemon. Reduce the heat and add the grated chocolate. Mix well and stir until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and let cool a little, but without leave to harden. Beat the rest of the cream with the sugar and whipped cream and add to the prepared, involving well. Put the strawberries in tall glasses and thin but only up to the middle. Cover with the sauce. Put the bowls back in the fridge for about 3 hours. In the meantime, prepare decoration: Wash the strawberries and dry them. Take the melt in a bain-marie, stirring constantly, the chocolate and butter. Immerse yourself half of strawberries in chocolate and put them on a sheet of aluminum foil greased with oil of sweet almond until harden. The following put them on a plate (don't put them in the fridge). Serve the bowls with a strawberry on top and the rest on the plate. Follow up with a good champagne
