Spaghetti to Paradise

  • Mushrooms (laminates): 150 gr
  • Spaghetti: 250 gr
  • Spinach: 1 sauce (washed and arranged)
  • Shallot: 1 chopped
  • Cream: 2 dl
  • Parmesan cheese (grated): 1/4 cup
  • Nutmeg: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Unsalted butter: 6 tablespoons (soup)


Cook the spaghetti in water with salt for 12 minutes. Drain off. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the shallot, chopped and mushrooms-rolled, stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the chopped spinach and stir-fry for 1 more minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add the spaghetti to plants and remove from heat, mixing well. Add the cream and parmesan cheese. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
