Rice with honey

  • rice: 2 handfuls
  • Honey: 1 lt
  • Salt: taste.


Cook the 2 handfuls of rice in a litre of milk with a pinch of salt. Lie down, inside of rice, when you are almost cooked, 3 eggs. Add two tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons of honey. Eating cold, spoon, between meals.
