Loves chocolate with almond

  • Chocolate for Cooking: 170 gr
  • Condensed milk: 1 tin
  • Toasted almond: 150 gr
  • Sultanas: 150 gr
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Butter for greasing: taste.
  • Aluminium foil for covering: taste.


Line a baking tray with foil and brush with butter. Break the chocolate into pieces, put them in a container and take it to melt in a bain-marie. Throw the can of condensed milk and salt in a pan and add them to the melted chocolate. Heat, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in the almonds and the sultanas and mix well. With a tablespoon remove small portions of prepared, place it on top of the paper greased and let cool until they are well cold. Place them in a bowl of transparent glass and serve or make small packages with cellophane.
