  • Chicken: 1 small
  • Milk: ½ lt
  • Water: ½ lt
  • Egg: 2
  • Onion: 2
  • Carrot: 2
  • Bacon slim: 1
  • Butter: the taste.
  • Winter savory: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Curry: taste.


In a pan, or kettle iron, browned in butter, onions and carrots, cut into small pieces. Join the slice of bacon, cut into small cubes with the remaining seasonings. Sprinkle with milk and water. Pour in the chicken, stuffed with boiled egg and the winter savory. Let boil and stuff. Serve with the sauce, accompanied by rice or pasta.
