Fillets of Sole with White Sauce

  • For the Fillets
  • Fillets of sole: 700 gr.
  • Lemon: 2 and the high
  • Salt: taste.
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons (soup)
  • For the white sauce
  • Milk: 4 dl
  • Capers: 2 tablespoons (soup)
  • Flour: 2 tablespoons shallow (soup)
  • Cream: 1 package


Season the fillets with the lemon juice and a little salt. Let take a taste for 30 minutes. With a tablespoon of butter barre very well a pyrex dish and place the fish. With the remaining butter to make nozinhas and distribute over the fillets. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, basting the fish with your own sauce. Meanwhile, heat a tachinho the butter to melt. Add the flour and stir well without leaving burn. Add the milk mixed with cream and stir until the mixture thickens. Remove the fish from the oven. Stir in the capers to the white sauce and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese (optional) and bake in the oven hard grating. Serve with white rice loose and a green salad.
