  • Banana: 5
  • Sultana: 50 gr
  • Butter: 80 gr
  • Lemon: 1
  • Pastry: 250 gr


Extends the pastry to stay with a thickness of approximately 3 mm. Way-if a disk with 20 cm in diameter. Dive into the sultanas in water for 15 minutes. Cut the fruit in half lengthwise, and then each of the pieces in 4 parts. Watering the bananas with lemon juice. Bar-if a tarteira with butter and sprinkles with 40 gr of sugar. It puts itself in the background, the pieces of banana and goes to the heat to caramelize. Remove from the heat and add the remaining sugar, sultanas drained and the rest of the butter in small pieces. Put these ingredients on the mass and take it to the oven 240ºC for 20 minutes.
