Eggplant involved in yogurt

  • Eggplant: 2 large
  • Natural yoghurt: 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Chili: 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli: 1 fresh green
  • Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander: taste.
  • Paprika: taste.


Makes a slight cut on both sides of the slices of eggplant and sprinkles them with salt. Let the eggplant in the drip for 30 minutes. Passes-if the aubergines by water and dried. The oil is going to heat up in a container.

Add the chilli turmeric, garam masala, sliced peppers, and eggplant. Cover the container and let it cook some time. Lie on top of the yogurt and, finally, sprinkles with the chopped coriander and paprika.
