  • Carrot: 1 kg
  • Evaporated milk: 425 ml
  • Sugar: 150 gr
  • The Cinnamon stick: 2,5 cm

  • Almond: 55 gr
  • Unsalted butter: 120 gr
  • Cardamom: 8
  • Pistachio: 25 gr


In a pot pour carrots grated, evaporated milk, sugar, as well as the cinnamon stick and the bay leaf. Let it cook on low heat until the liquid evaporates completely.
