the Diet of the 3 days

The diet of 3 days is basically a menu that must be followed and promises to cause a person to lose about 5kg in 3 days. The effectiveness of this weight loss program is questionable and is not recommended for practice for more than three days suggested. The menu consists of well-marked decrease in calories.

First day:

Breakfast: Lunch: Dinner:

1/2 grapefruit (one with a large fruit like orange, pinkish / reddish)
1 toast with peanut butter

1/2 cup of canned tuna
1 toast
coffee, tea or water
1 apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup carrots (grated)
100 grams of lean meat
1 cup pod

Second day:

Breakfast: Lunch: Dinner:
coffee, tea or water
1 egg (fried or baked)
1 slice toast
1 banana
coffee, tea or water
1 cup ricotta or canned tuna
5 saltine crackers small type social club
coffee, tea or water
2 sausages
1/2 cup carrots
1 banana
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Third day:

Breakfast: Lunch: Dinner:
coffee, tea or water
5 saltine crackers small social club type
30 grams of cheddar cheese
1 apple
coffee, tea or water
1 boiled egg
1 toast
coffee, tea or water
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup of canned tuna
1 cup carrots
1 cup melon
1 cup of cauliflower
